People with festival or parallel sections badges can buy tickets by paying $6,100 ( 5.1 Lakh) to $25,000, ( 20.5 lakh) as per a report by the VIP Concierge website. -Festival Accreditation: This is a free ticket that allows the holder access to screenings, official activities, and venues such as the Palais, Village International, Riviera, and hotels.

Market Recognition: This is available only to the board members and employees of the company related to the film industry. To get this recognition, a payment of approximately $326.30 needs to be made.

Press Accreditation: This is available to journalists of high reach publications.

Cinephiles Accreditation: A collaborative effort by the Festival Management Authority and the City of Cannes, it has made it possible for the local public to see officially selected films. Education groups and film enthusiasts can make the best of the opportunity.

For non-industry people, they need to watch the Directors’ Fortnight and Cinema de la Plage (Beach Cinema) screenings from 9.30 pm. Available seats at the Beach Cinema are limited and are provided on a first come first served basis.

Cannes Film Festival 2023 Jury

In 2023, the Cannes Film Festival jury is headed by Swedish filmmaker Ruben Ostlund. The filmmaker has won two Palme Awards. Last year he won another award for his social satire “The Triangle of Sadness”.

Ostlund will be joined by Brie Larson, Paul Dano, French director Julia Ducournau, Argentinian filmmaker Damian Szifron, Afghan director Atiq Rahimi, French actor Denis Menochet, Moroccan filmmaker Mariam Tourzani and Zambian-Welsh director Rungano Nyoni.
