The official food partner of Cannes Film Festival, Cozy Box has just made its Delhi debut and it is a memorable experience that is definitely different.
Delhi-based restaurateurs Akshay Anand and Ashish Begwani have joined hands with the original founders, Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Vesini, to introduce Delhi’s first Cozy Box at One Golden Mile. The idea is to bring together a buzzing nightlife experience with innovative cuisine and indulgent cocktails. Spread over an area of 7,500 square feet, Cozy Box is the ideal place for a night filled with bliss. The food is a spectacle, with a wide choice of cuisines such as Mediterranean, European, Oriental and modern Indian. Meanwhile, the drinks menu has options for everyone – from the seasoned drinker to the young millennial.
We started our meal with some hearty soups – mushroom cappuccino, minestrone and hot and sour soup. Then came the Veg Dimsom which was quite tasty and delicious. We tried the Edamame Cream Cheese Dimsums, Filled Dimsums with Peanut Butter and Spicy Asparagus, and the Truffle Mushroom Dimsums Dipped in Truffle Oil. From the Maki Mono section, we recommend a variety of vegetarian options like Black Forest, Spicy Avocado and Enoki Dragon; There really should be one!

Coming to Mains, we tried Pizza Primavera with Tomato Sauce, Zucchini, Bell Peppers, Asparagus, Olives and Mozzarella Cheese. Among the Indian big plates, we sampled the prunes and cottage cheese koftas served with salan curry and donut bread. Tofu Kachori was combined with tomato juice – a unique and interesting crunchy delight.

We finished our meal with Molten Lava Cake – a dark chocolate cake with a souffle center topped with vanilla gelato.
