CAT 2021 result declared at iimcat.ac.in, 9 candidates score 100 percentile

Common Entrance Test (CAT) 2021 The result has been declared today, January 3 Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad On the official website iimcat.ac.in. Nine candidates have secured 100 percentile. All are male candidates and there are total seven engineers. Maharashtra with four candidates has maximum 100 percentile scorers, followed by two candidates in Uttar Pradesh, followed by one each from Haryana, Telangana and West Bengal.

The exam was conducted on November 28. Around 2.30 lakh candidates had registered for the exam, out of which 1.9 lakh appeared for it. Candidates can access the CAT scorecard on the website by using their roll number and password. IIM CAT score will be valid till 31st December this year.

Step 1. First of all visit the official website of iimcat.ac.in

Step 2. Click on CAT 2021 Result link on the homepage

Step 3. Log in using your ID and Password

Step 4. Check the percentile and download the scorecard for further use.

CAT 2021 Result: What to Check?

The result will include the candidate’s registration number, name, category and gender, date of birth, overall and section-wise scores and percentile. In case of any discrepancy, candidates need to report to the officials immediately.

CAT 2021 Result: What’s Next

The candidates who qualify it through Written Aptitude Test (WAT) will be called for Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI) by Management Colleges including IIMs. The institutes will prepare a merit list of the candidates as per their cut off score. Thereafter, candidates will be shortlisted for an interview and GD.

However, IIMs may take into account other factors such as past academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience, gender and academic diversity, and other similar inputs in the shortlisting and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.
