CBSE 10th, 12th Term 1 Result Date: How the board announced the result date in the past, what to expect

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) The Term 1 Result date announcement is anticipated by more than 30 lakh students who had registered for the CBSE Term 1 Class 10 and Class 12 exams. Since the result is expected to be declared in February, the result date is likely to be announced this week. There are so many portals, websites and even fake circulars are floating around, how to know which is the authentic result date?

CBSE used to declare its results through the official websites cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. While the portals are the same for checking one’s score and marksheet, the result declaration mode has been changed. CBSE joined the microblogging site Twitter in 2018 and has been announcing the result dates through its official handle @cbseindia29 since then. Last year, CBSE adopted a humorous approach to announce its result date.

In 2020, the board posted its official circular in a tweet and announced the revaluation.

This year’s result will be different as it will be declared in two parts, however, for this year also, the board is expected to follow suit and announce through its official handle. Students anticipating the result can stay with the same. Meanwhile, there are several fake circulars circulating on WhatsApp and other mediums claiming to be CBSE, the board has warned against, and students are expected to check their results using the official handle only. The expected result within the coming two weeks is that in class 1 exam, students will not be able to get pass or fail certificate and only get detailed marks, which they can also improve in their term 2 exam. Term 2 exam will start from April 26, however, a detailed datesheet is yet to be announced.
