CBSE, CISCE Term 1 Result: How, Where Students Can Check Marks, Other Details

central board of secondary education (CBSE) and Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) may soon declare the results of Term 1 board examination on their official website.

Although no official announcement has been made in this regard yet, but if reports are to be believed, the CBSE board results are likely to be out in the first week of February.

Students will be able to access the results at cbse.gov.in and cisce.org. Other ways to access the scorecard include through Digilocker app or website, UMANG app or SMS.

How to check result on official website?

  • Visit the official website of CBSE cbse.nic.in.
  • Click on the link ‘CBSE 10th Term 1 Result 2022’ or ‘CBSE 12th Result 2022’ available on the home page.
  • Enter your credentials.
  • Click on login and your CBSE 10th, 12th Result 2022 will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download Marks Card.

How to check result on Digilocker?

  • Visit the Digilocker.gov.in website.
  • Enter your registered mobile number on the login page.
  • Click on CBSE under the ‘Education’ section of Digilocker.
  • Select “Class 10 Passing Certificate and Class 10 Marksheet” or “Class 12 Passing Certificate and Class 12 Marksheet”.
  • Enter Year, Name and Roll Number.
  • CBSE Term 1 marksheet will be shown.
  • Download Marks Card.

The CBSE Class 10 board exams began on November 30 and lasted till December 11, while the class 12 board exams lasted till December 22.

For the first time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the board is conducting the board exams in two phases.

The CBSE Term 1 exam was conducted objectively, i.e. the question paper had Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

Term 2 exam is expected to consist of case-based, situation-based, open-ended short answer and long answer type questions and will be conducted for a duration of two hours.

CBSE is offering 114 subjects in class 12 and 75 in class 10. Of these, 19 are the major subjects in class 12 and nine in class 10.
