CBSE Class 10 Term 1 Result: How to check individual performance? read here

CBSE in its latest circular issued to schools today said that it has informed the schools about the theory performance class 10. student of In a collective manner, however, the performance of individual students will not be available on the website.

The performance information of the students is based on the performance of the students uploaded by the schools. “The subjects which were not assessed by the schools, are being informed to the schools about the performance based on the scanning of OMR sheets,” CBSE said.

CBSE said that those who missed their Term-1 exam due to covid or because of participating in National or International Games or Olympiad etc. are not being informed about any performance of Term-1 exam. . However, their final performance will be assessed on the basis of performance in Term-11 examination.

The Central Board of Education said that this time the students are being told only about the theory performance. “The information about practical or project or internal assessment is already with the schools,” it said.

Due to being only term-1, now no mark sheet cum passing certificate is being issued. “Only one mark sheet cum passing certificate will be issued after Term-II examination to have parity with the previous results. This will include the aggregate marks of both the terms as per the weightage of Term-1 and Term-2 examinations,” CBSE said.

CBSE said that in order to address the difficulty level between the two sets of question papers in Term-1 examination, a necessary action will be taken while preparing the final result.

The weightage of Term-1 and Term-2 will be decided at the time of declaration of result of Term-2 and accordingly, the final performance will be calculated, it said. Class 10 result will also be declared only after Term-2 examination, in which candidates will be placed in the required repeat or compartment or pass category.

CBSE has said that no examination center will be changed in Term-2 examination. Students will appear from the centers allotted to their school only. The compartment exam term-22 will be conducted on the basis of the syllabus of the exam.

Board shared class 10 results to schools:

CBSE has informed the schools about the result of Term-1 exam for class 10th. The CBSE board informed that the schools have been informed about the theory marks only as the internal assessment scores are already available with the schools. Taking to Twitter, the CBSE Board wrote, “Schools have been informed by CBSE about the performance of Class I examination of class X. Only scores, theoretically, have been reported as internal assessment/practical scores. are already available with schools”.

For the first time, CBSE decided to conduct class 10 and class paper in two parts: Term-1 and Term-2, respectively. The Term-1 exam for class 10 was conducted from November 30 to December 11 last year. The exam was based on Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Candidates can also use apps like Digilocker and UMANG can also be used to check Term 1 results.

Apart from this, CBSE Headquarters on Friday also released the schedule of class 10th Term-2 paper. The board has also released the date sheet of class 12th term-2 exam. CBSE said that the examinations will start at 10.30 am.
