central board of secondary Education (CBSE) has opened a new Regional Office and Center of Excellence (CoE) in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. With this new addition, the total on the board is now 17. CBSE Regional Office in the country. The new office will serve affiliated schools in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The regional office at Vijayawada will conduct board exams from the academic session 2023-24.
The Center of Excellence will start its training activities after operationalization of Vijayawada Regional Office. “The address of the Regional Office, Vijayawada is: 7-104, B-Block, Sri Anjaneya Towers NTTPS Road, Ibrahimpatnam, (Premises of the Office of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh) Krishna District-521456, Andhra Pradesh,” the official notice mentions .
“Henceforth, the jurisdiction of Regional Office, Chennai shall be Tamil Nadu, Puducherry as well as Andaman and Nicobar Islands from the academic session 2023-24, the notice stated.

Meanwhile, CBSE is all set to start the class 10 and 12 board exams for 2023 next week. As per the schedule, CBSE Board Exam 2023 will start from 15 February. Class 10 students’ exams will end on March 21, while class 12 students’ board exams will end on April 5.
CBSE has already released the hall ticket for 10th and 12th board exams. Students appearing for CBSE board exams this year can collect their admit cards from their respective schools. CBSE 2023 Admit Card will contain the name of the candidate, roll number, date of birth, mother’s name, father’s name, exam name, exam center name, PWD category, admit card ID and subjects in which the candidate is appearing. Such details would be included. along with the date of examination.
