According to Chef Pankaj Bhadauria, here are the things you can follow to get perfectly boiled eggs:
Tip 1:
The first and most important thing to keep in mind is that the egg you are boiling should not break in the container. And, if the egg does break, the yolk shouldn’t spread around, making it all too difficult for you. So take care that the eggs are not cracked. And to avoid this, first of all do not overcrowd your pan. Arrange the eggs in just one layer.
Tip 2:
Always take cold water first to boil eggs. After all, you can bring it to a rolling boil later after heating it on a stove.
Tip 3:
Once you feel that the eggs are boiled, switch off the heat and let the eggs boil. For how long? Chef Pankaj said that if you want to make them soft, then keep it like this for six minutes. But if you want medium hard boiled eggs, keep them for nine minutes. If you want hard boiled eggs, keep them for 13-15 minutes. But make sure you add some vinegar to the boiling water. If you do this, the eggs won’t break and spread around. This process will also make your job easier while peeling.
