China has joined forces with the US and India to blacklist Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) top terrorist Sajid Mir, one of India’s most wanted terrorists and the main handler of the 2008 Mumbai attacks. The offer has been blocked. Beijing’s third such move within four months.
