Heat some oil in a pan and add curry leaves, asafoetida, some spices and peanuts. Mix well and take off the flame. Once cooled, mix again by hand, lightly crushing the peanuts, which will give an interesting texture to the spice.

Toast buns in butter in the same skillet to add more flavor or use another pan to do so. Spread some green chutney on the buns and place peanut stuffing in the middle.
