In a letter to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, VK Saxena, Sukesh Chandrashekhar, a criminal in jail LG House sources on Tuesday alleged that they paid Rs 10 crore as “security money” to jailed AAP minister Satyendar Jain to secure facilities in Tihar Jail.
