We all have big dreams and goals. Although we put in a remarkable amount of time, work hard, possess skillful qualities and skills, fear about someone inhibits the revelation of our talents and potential and makes it difficult to reach the road to success.
However, sometimes fear becomes necessary to protect oneself from dire situations. But when the ratio becomes high, it is important to learn and practice techniques for handling and overcoming fear. First, try to find out the nature of the fear and write down its reasons. By now, you have reached the halfway point as you have gained clarity on the issue and started looking for appropriate measures to face the fear.
Whenever you feel nervous, feel free to express your fear to a trusted person who can help you see the problem from a different perspective and offer support and guidance. If you are afraid of something that is out of your control, there are steps you can take to address the problem. For example, students are constantly afraid about their performance in exams. In the long run this type of stress can result in serious physical and psychological problems such as trouble sleeping, anxiety and an inability to digest small setbacks and rejections. This is the point when parents should instill confidence in their children and motivate them.
Notice that you are losing peace and happiness by fearing about things that are not under your control. Whatever has to happen will happen and so move forward with an attitude of acceptance. By preparing with courage to fight the ghosting factor one can get optimum benefits as it will build self-confidence which provides space for personal growth and power to deal with complexities. A few years back, I used to have a lot of hesitation in speaking in English. But now, I have developed myself to write and speak fluent English without any errors. Take fear as an opportunity to grow and never let it overwhelm you.
Feed yourself with positive affirmations (I am strong, I can do this) every day with confidence that will give you productive results according to research. Visualizing your goals is the key to overcoming fear, preparing the brain to find the sources it needs to fulfill your desires.
