1) Filet fish – 1
2) Salt to taste
3) Lemon juice
4) Oil – 1 tbsp
5) Kashmiri red chili powder – tbsp
6) Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
7) Cumin powder – tbsp
8) Kasoori Fenugreek
9) Garam Masala Powder – tbsp
10) White chili powder – tbsp
11) Cup Hung Curd
12) Oil for frying
How to make Tandoori Fish Tikka?
1) First of all, take the fish fillet and cut it into pieces. Now sprinkle some salt on the pieces and add lemon juice. Keep them aside.
2) Take a separate bowl and mix all the spices mentioned in the above list, which includes oil, Kashmiri red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, kasoori methi (dry fenugreek), garam masala and white chili powder. Curd. Mix all these well and your marinade is ready.
3) Now, coat all the pieces of fish with the marinade. Fry the pieces lightly and your tandoori fish tikka is ready.
