Crispy Cheesy Pav: Easy to make hassle free cheesy breakfast at home

Cheesy pizzas and burgers are the quintessential treats every time we step out. While nothing compares to the street varieties, that doesn’t stop us from trying our luck with some homemade version as well. In some days these experiments become like restaurants, but in some days it is nothing less than a disaster. That being said, wouldn’t you love an easy peasy recipe that you can follow to make it a perfect cheesy snack every time the craving hits? Well, we definitely will. And it looks like we’ve just got the recipe for it.

Our search for that one recipe that will guarantee a cheesy burst of flavor every time we make it has finally come to an end. Thanks to YouTube blogger Parul, we found this great recipe on her channel ‘Cook With Parul’, and it is sure to leave a lasting impression on your palate and mind. It is called ‘Crispy Cheese Pav’ and it brings together the best of both worlds. You can easily make it in a kadhai and eat it with tea or beverage of your choice.

How to make Crispy Cheesy Pav Recipe:

Add chopped vegetables of your choice like capsicum, paprika, corn, onion in a bowl and mix them with salt, red chilli flakes, mayonnaise and pizza sauce and make a creamy filling. Now put some oil in a plate and collect the pav. Cut through the middle and spread with cheese, creamy filling, some more cheese, and Italian herbs, if you like. Place this plate on the kadhai and let it cook in steam for 10 minutes till you see completely melted cheesy crispy pav. Remove from heat and let it cool for a while before digging in.
