CTET Admit Card 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the admit cards for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 December exam soon. Once the admit card is released, candidates can download the hall tickets from the official website of CTET, i.e., ctet.nic.in.
Though no official date has been announced for when the admit card will be released, the official notification stated that the admit card will be out “two days before the day of examination.”

When will CTET December 2024 exam be held?
The exam will be held on Saturday, December 14. Earlier, it was scheduled to be held on December 15.
In a statement, CBSE wrote, “Keeping in view the interest of the candidates, it has been decided to conduct the CTET examination on 14th December 2024 (Saturday). In case number of candidates is more in any city, the exam may also be conducted on 15th December, 2024 (Sunday).”
The candidates should report at the examination centre at 7:30 am for Paper – II and at 12:30 pm for Paper– I.
CTET 2024 December exam shift timings
The exam will be held in two shifts: Paper II will be held in the morning from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, while Paper I will be held in the evening from 2.30 pm – 5.00 pm.
CTET 2024 exam pattern
All questions in CTET will be Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) with four options each. Each question will carry one mark, and there will be no negative marking.
Paper I is for candidates aiming to teach classes I to V, while Paper II is for those intending to teach classes VI to VIII. Candidates who wish to teach both levels (classes I to V and VI to VIII) must take both papers.
