CUET-UG Result: UGC Chairman Jagdish Kumar said on Thursday that the results of the first edition of Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG will be declared at 10 pm. The first edition of CUET-UG, the gateway for undergraduate admissions, began in July and ended on August 30.

A senior NTA official said that the results of CUET-UG will be released soon. The official advised the candidates to keep checking the official website.

Exams canceled at many centers after reports of ‘sabotage’
As per the initial plan, all the phases of CUET-UG were to end on August 20. However, the exam was further postponed and divided into six phases to accommodate the students whose exams were rescheduled due to several glitches that affected the exam. The UGC chief had earlier said that exams at several centers were canceled following reports of “sabotage”.

UGC President Jagdish Kumar said, “National Testing Agency (NTA) will declare the CUET-UG results tonight at around 10 pm. Best wishes to the students.”
