Delhi Corona Update: 606 new cases of COVID-19 in the capital, one patient died

On Thursday, 606 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Delhi and the rate of infection was 16.98 percent. This is the highest number of infections reported in a single day after August last year. This information was obtained from the data shared by the Health Department. According to Health Department data, a customer died of the infection on Thursday. According to the department, on August 26, 620 cases of infection were reported in the national capital. On Wednesday, 509 cases of corona virus infection were registered in Delhi.

So far 26,534 people have died due to infection in the city. According to the department, after the arrival of new cases, the number of infected people in the national capital has increased to 20,12,670. According to the Health Department data, 3,569 new Kovid-19 tests were done on Wednesday. At the same time, 318 new cases of infection were reported in Haryana on Thursday while one patient died.

According to the health department, 1,109 patients of current Kovid-19 are under treatment in Haryana. On Thursday, 111 cases of corona virus infection were registered in Punjab while one patient died. The state reported 73 cases and 100 cases on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively.
