The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) on Thursday said there will be delay in services on the Violet, Green and Pink lines. However, it did not specify the reason for the delay in services. The official Twitter handle of DMRC wrote, “Service update. Delay in services on Violet, Green and Pink lines. Please allow some extra time for your commute”.
This week, Delhi Metro gave information about Holi program, Metro train service will start on all lines including Rapid Metro/Airport Airlines from 2:30 pm on Friday, March 18, on the occasion of Holi.
Metro services on all lines of Delhi Metro including Rapid Metro/Airport Express Line will not be available till 14.30 hrs (2:30 hrs) on the day of “Holi” festival, i.e. March 18, 2022 (Friday). Metro train services as follows Will start at 14.30 hrs (2:30 PM) from terminal stations of all lines on March 18 and will continue as normal thereafter.
Presently, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is handling the operation and maintenance of over 390 km of network, which includes 286 metro stations including the Rapid Metro in Gurugram and the Aqua Line in Greater Noida, making it one of the largest networks in the world. ranked in one of the Metro Networks, the city transporter said in a statement.
