Amitabh Bachchan Is an avid social media user, who is often seen taking to his official Twitter and Instagram handles to promote his films and for other actors and their upcoming projects. Recently, his move on Twitter garnered a lot of attention when he posted . deleted a tweet related to Kangana RanautThe film Dhaakad has shared in minutes from its official account. Fans were left confused and wondered why Big B took it down. On Tuesday, the superstar wrote a blog post, which seems to be alluding to the fuss.
Amitabh Bachchan shared that he has received notices for some of his posts on social media asking him to make some changes. He also revealed that as per the guidelines, every sponsored post in that category must be mentioned as avoiding it makes it “illegal”.
He wrote, “There are now strict rules and regulations by the Government of India and ASCI guidelines, I guess who are they, who have now decided that, Influencers – a new terminology for those that refer to product images or accompanying products. There is picture, to tell whether they are sponsor, promoter etc, or in partnership.. otherwise it is going illegal.. so many of my posts have notice that change should be done… otherwise .. or .. !!”
He further added, “And all the ‘big people’ who are buying the ‘big’ of social media cite the reasons for incentives, growth etc. on numbers – that’s what brings them commercial..”
He also addressed the consequences of trolling, saying, “Trolling is considered an asset.. as it encourages debated conversation and the topic is kept alive because of the conversation.. The more the conversation, the higher the number.” grows.”
Kangana Ranaut’s comment on Big B deleting Dhaakad post from his Twitter
Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut, who is promoting Dhaakad, also broke her silence on Big B’s Twitter action. In a conversation with YouTube channel Tried and Refused Productions, Kangana shared that she wonders who will put her level of pressure on Amitabh Bachchan. She said, “There are personal insecurities, they are all trying to hide behind the ‘Oh, we will boycott the industry.’ I don’t think it is.
