Eminent economist Abhijit Banerjee won the Nobel Prize for his work in the year 2019, making the country proud at the global level. The Mumbai-born, along with his wife Esther Duflo and economist Michael Kremer, won the award for developing an experimental approach to poverty reduction. But did you know that Abhijit Banerjee is not only an award winning economist but also an amazing chef. A recent Twitter post featured pictures of some of the mouthwatering dishes cooked by him. The post, shared on Twitter by user @Chikisarkar, has garnered many likes and comments. In the pictures we can see Abhijit Banerjee in action in the kitchen. They prepared dishes including pork in sesame seeds, tomato and potato soup with walnut pesto, and what the government called “the best”. Brussel Sprouts You Will Ever.” Sarkar further revealed that Abhijit Banerjee has cooked this scrumptious meal for his upcoming cookbook. The name of the cookbook is ‘Cooking to Save Your Life’ and it will be released next week!
