Raj Kachori is the classic street food treat that makes us drool, a flaky and crispy Raj Kachori basket filled with papdi, bhalla, curd, chole and much more – this could be the perfect start to your rich and robust Diwali spread . Raj refers to royal in Hindi and the preparation of this favorite street certainly does justice to its name. The puffed kachori is hollowed out in the middle and filled with plenty of curd, chutney, potatoes, pomegranate seeds, spices, bhalla, sev and many more are added. How to Make Raj Kachori L Raj Kachori Recipe:

Knead the dough with maida and semolina, keep it for some time. Take out puffed simple kachoris after frying them. Place it in the center and layer with bhalla, curd, boiled potatoes, boiled black gram and pomegranate, sprinkle with chaat masala and a generous amount of red chili powder.
