1) Button mushroom (sliced) 1 packet

2) Cumin – 2 tbsp

3) Black pepper – 3 tbsp

4) Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp

5) Ghee – 1 tbsp

6) Garlic (chopped) – 1/2 tbsp

7) Ginger (chopped) – 1 inch

8) Onion (chopped) – 2

9) Green chili (chopped) – 1

10) Curry leaves

2) For special pepper fry masala, take cumin, black pepper and coriander together. Dry roast all together and grind the mixture coarsely. You can do this with the help of mortar pestle available at home. Keep it on the side.

3) Take a separate pan and heat some ghee in it. Add a handful of curry leaves, chopped garlic and ginger. Add chopped onions and green chilies to it. Add salt as per your taste and fry till it turns brown.

4) Add the mushrooms to the cooker and cook on high heat. Adjust seasoning. Add special pepper fry masala to it and cook for a minute after sprinkling it with water. Mushroom Chilli Fry is ready.
