According to nutritionist Pooja Makhija, you can help your hair grow longer and thicker by adding three simple ingredients to your diet. In a video, Pooja Makhija has told that ingredients like amla, flaxseed and curry leaves can play an important role in hair growth. The nutritionist begins the video by saying, “I am giving you three ingredients you have in your kitchen right now that are going to make your hair stronger and thicker.”
start with personnelIt is an easily available ingredient that is rich in Vitamin C, she says. “It’s the collagen that it promotes, which is why your hair gets thicker and frizzier,” Makhija says in the clip.
saying about jute seedsMakhija says that it is rich in omega 3. “There are several studies that show that this makes hair less thin and hair stronger.”
the third component is curry leavesIt is rich in beta-carotene and vitamin E, says Makhija. She recommends adding curry leaves to a glass of vegetable juice.
