As per the Aries Agro shareholding pattern for the quarter April to June 2022, Dolly Khanna holds 1,62,000 shares, which is 1.25 per cent of the total paid-up capital of the company. In the shareholding pattern of Aries Agro Ltd. from January to March 2022, Dolly Khanna held 1,74,058 shares, which is 1.34 per cent of the total paid-up capital of the company. This means that Dolly Khanna sold 14,058 shares of 0.09 per cent stake in the company during the April to June 2022 quarter. However, it would be difficult to establish whether Dolly Khanna sold all these Aries Agro shares in one go or she did it in a calibrated manner.
As per the exchange rules, a listed company is bound to share the names of those shareholders who hold 1 per cent or more of the shares of the company. But, the exchange rules have not made it mandatory for companies to share details related to the purchase and sale of shares. Therefore, the shareholding pattern can only give the shareholding status of a handful of investors, but not the details in respect of their deals done during the previous quarter.
Dolly Khanna had kept her stake in Aries Agro unchanged during the January to March 2022 quarter, while she trimmed her stake in the company during the September to December 2021 quarter.
In the April to June 2022 quarter, Dolly Khanna has added 2 new stocks to her portfolio while she has trimmed 7 of her portfolio stocks. During this time he has also increased stake in two portfolio stocks. A good number of his portfolio stocks are still registering their shareholding pattern on the Indian exchanges.
