Another such winter produce that makes a super versatile ingredient is spinach (or spinach). This crunchy leafy green is loaded with healthy nutrients that promote overall health. And it is also multi-purpose. Can be used to prepare anything and everything from smoothies to kebabs-palaks. In fact, you can go as creative as you want with a bunch of spinach. About Winter Special Recipe: How To Make Crispy Palak Vadi:
- Begin by grinding together the green chilies, garlic, ginger and cumin. Add coriander seeds to it and grind it again. Keep aside.
- Clean, soak and chop the spinach and add spices to it. Add sesame seeds, red chili powder, turmeric, carom seeds, asafoetida and oil and mix well.
- Put oil on the pan, add spinach flour and boil it for some time.
- Then place the greased plate on the pan and cook it on low flame. Close the lid. After cooking, cool the spinach logs.
- Cut the logs into bite-sized sticks and deep-fry till they turn golden brown.
- Serve hot with a cup of tea and enjoy!
