Election 2023 Live Updates: While BJP President JP Nadda is set to embark on a two-day tour of Karnataka on Monday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be in Nagaland and Meghalaya and will address a public rally in Nagaland’s Mon Town on Monday. Meanwhile, the Erode pre-bypoll campaign is heating up with star campaigners like Kamal Haasan.
Nagaland and Meghalaya assembly elections will be held on February 27. The Erode East bypoll will also be held on the same day. Counting of votes in Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura will take place on March 2.

- JP Nadda will visit Sringeri Math in Karnataka. BJP National President JP Nadda will be on a two-day tour of Karnataka on 20 and 21 February. Former Chief Minister Kumaraswamy will reportedly visit the famous Sringeri Math on Monday after his controversial statement on RSS and Peshwa Brahmins. He also cautioned the people of Karnataka to beware of those responsible for the attack on the Sringeri Math and its temples.
