According to Hollywood ReporterThe actor will appear in a season-long guest appearance in the Emmy-nominated drama series.
Wood will play Walter, a dedicated civilian detective who challenges current Misty (Christina Ricci) in ways she won’t see coming.
yellow Jacket Follows a group of teenagers involved in a plane crash in 1996. The series chronicles his efforts to survive as well as tracking his current life in 2021.
Wood has become the third new face to join the show’s current story and the first to not play an adult version of an already existing character.
Previously, Simone Kessel had signed on to play the adult version of Courtney Eaton’s Lottie Matthews, while Lauren Ambrose was announced to play the adult Van (Liv Hewson in the 1990s story).
Wood joins an artist that also includes Melanie Lynskey, Tanny Cypress, Juliette Lewis, Christina Ricci, Lauren Ambrose and Simone Kessel to portray their adult counterparts.
