X Outage: Microblogging platform X (formerly known as Twitter) witnessed multiple outages on Monday as users across the world reported that the app and website were not working properly and they were unable to push the content.
Several users said that they reported problems in accessing their X feed at least three times today.
X reported first outage at around 3 pm, when the users reported the outage on DownDetector, which tracks outages by collating status reports from several sources including user-submitted errors on its platform. Data on the DownDetector website showed that over 17,871 complaints were logged regarding microblogging platform around 3.20 pm.
The users again complained about the second outage at 7:32 pm. Further, The users once again reported issues while pushing content on the microblogging site at around 9:32 pm, according to DownDetector.
As per the tracking website, 56 per cent of users faced problems with the app, while 33 per cent reported issues with the website. 11 per cent users encountered server connection errors.
However, X has not issued an official statement addressing the cause of these outages. Since the social media platform experienced an outage, numerous users went to other platforms such as Facebook and Reddit to express their frustration.
