Enjoy some meaty Korean food at Discover Korean Food Festival, The Hon, Pullman

We all have seen how the Korean wave has taken over India in the last few years. From following K-beauty trends, music, to watching those amazing K-dramas—we’re all connected to Korean culture in some way or another. But there is one thing more than this which has caught the attention of many people. Any guesses on what this could be? Of course, we are talking about the meaty food of this country! Seeing those spicy noodles, rice cakes, gimbap and more makes us swoon. And if you also want to taste South Korea, now is your chance! Korea Tourism Organization and Pullman Novotel have joined hands with Travel Dine to curate an exceptional Korean food experience called the #Discover Korea Food Festival at Honk, Pullman New Delhi Aerocity.

The food festival started on 11 April 2022, and will run till 11 May 2022. Chef Neeraj Tyagi, Culinary Director of Pullman Hotel, has joined hands with Korean chef and K-food expert Chef Jeol Kim at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea. Korea and created an exceptional Korean menu.

The #DiscoverKorea Food Festival has options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. You can choose from salads, snacks, soups, main courses and delicious desserts! Some of the classics that the chefs have put on their menu are Kimichi Jige Soup, Kimbap, Korean Fried Chicken, Buldak, Tetokbokki. One of all these things is the delicious Yasik with Spicy Kimchi Soup, Mushroom Gimbap and Green Tea Ice Cream!

Speaking about the collaboration, Mr. Y. Ji Choi, Director, Korea Tourism Organization, said, “Korean cuisine is the culmination of its traditional culture, infused with the soul and spirit of the Korean people. We look forward to our new collaboration with Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. and travel dine to bring a unique experience of Korean food and culture to the Indian audience. We aim to take South Korea to different regions of India through the #DiscoverKorea Food Festival and engage with the Indian audience. Lie Han will be our first platform.”
