FDP on data science applications kicks off at RBU – Times of India

MOHALI: An international online faculty development program on data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning in health science, social and business prospects organized by the University School of Engineering and Technology (USET) began at Rayat Bahra University on Monday. .

The main objective of this one week faculty development program is to acquaint the participants with the recent technological advancements in the areas of Data Science (DS) and Machine Learning (ML) and their applications. The FDP primarily addresses the applications of DS and ML. The FDP will be helpful to the faculties and researchers working in the areas of DS and ML.

Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chancellor of Rayat Bahra University and Chief Patron of Organizing Committee, said that the main objective of this one week faculty development program is to acquaint the participants with the recent technological advancements in the areas of data.
