A fire broke out at the hotel on Monday morning, prompting authorities to issue demolition orders after following “due process”. Ten people were injured in the fire.
“The LDA has sealed the building,” a senior official said here.
Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath A detailed inquiry into the fire was ordered.
During investigation, the LDA found that the building violated several norms and recommended action against those responsible.

Forensic teams of police and various teams of administration, LDA and municipal corporation are scrutinizing the records of the hotel.
The police arrested hotel owners Rahul and Rohit Agarwal and the general manager on Tuesday. Sagar Srivastava, The local court has sent him to judicial custody till September 19.
An FIR has been registered under sections 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 308 (attempt to culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of the IPC.
