New Delhi: Five of the 10 Most Valuable Firms Added ₹62,508.32 crore in their total market valuation last week, Reliance Industries emerged as the biggest gainer.
Hindustan Unilever Ltd, HDFC, State Bank of India and Bharti Airtel were the other gainers, while Tata Consultancy Services, HDFC Bank, Infosys, ICICI Bank and Bajaj Finance took a hit in their market valuations.
Rise in the market capitalization (mcap) of Reliance Industries ₹23,582.73 crore to reach ₹15,37,600.23 crore on Thursday, becoming the biggest beneficiary among the top-10 firms.
Bharti Airtel valuation hiked ₹15,377.67 crore from ₹3,76,917.83 crore and by HDFC ₹12,836.43 crore from ₹5,11,126.48 crores.
Hindustan Unilever’s valuation hiked ₹9,997.52 crore ₹6,59,941.45 crore and by State Bank of India ₹713.97 Cr to ₹3,85,721.71 crores.
Conversely, the valuation of Tata Consultancy Services fell. ₹from 18,347.3 crores ₹14,02,587.80 crores.
Bajaj Finance market capitalization falls ₹to 5,824.68 crores ₹4,48,383.08 crores. HDFC Bank’s valuation downgraded ₹4,429.22 crore ₹8,67,933.20 crore and Infosys decline ₹3,605.59 crore ₹7,17,639.19 crore.
ICICI Bank valuations fall ₹3,013.49 crore ₹4,99,218.97 crores.
In the ranking of top-10 firms, Reliance Industries Ltd leads the chart followed by Tata Consultancy Services, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, HDFC, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance, State Bank of India and Bharti Airtel.
The 30-share benchmark BSE rose 175.12 points or 0.30 per cent during the last week.
