Elantas Beck India Ltd, Stovec Industries Ltd, Castrol India, Crisil Ltd, Ambassador Office Parks REIT will trade ex-dividend this week in respect of interim dividend declared by the companies.

What is the ex-dividend date?

The ex-dividend date is when the price of equity shares of a company gets adjusted for dividend payment. This is one or two business days before the record date. All those shareholders whose names appear in the list of the company as on the end of the record date shall be eligible to receive the dividend.

Castrol India Limited

Castrol India Limited is a popular brand in the lubricant oil sector with a market capitalization of Rs 11,454 crore. The company is yet to announce its Q4 FY23 earnings report which is expected on 9th May 2023 and is sitting on a profit of Rs 815.15 crore (TTM) on revenue of Rs 4,841.54 crore in the same period. The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 3.5 per share. The stock will trade ex-dividend on May 4, 2023. The company has also fixed May 4, 2023 as the record date for payment of dividend.

In the last one year, Castrol India has declared a dividend of 130 per cent to Rs 6.5 per share. This results in a dividend yield of 5.42 percent at the current share price.

Crisil Limited

Shares of Crisil Limited will be ex-date on May 4 for an interim dividend of Rs 7 per share. The record date is also May 4.

Embassy Office Park REIT

Shares of Embassy Office Parks REIT will become ex-date for the dividend on May 4. The company has declared a dividend of Rs 2.81 per share. The record date is May 6.

Elantas Bake India Limited

The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 per share. The stock will trade ex-dividend on May 2, 2023.

In the last one year, Elantas Beck India has declared a dividend of 50 per cent at Rs 5 per share. This results in a dividend yield of 9.59 per cent at the current share price.

Stoveck Industries Limited
