We all restrict ourselves from excessive consumption of sweets. not us? If you’ve noticed that eating sweets increases your appetite, you’re not alone. But the question is, how sweet is too much sweet? Well, there is no such thing as “too much sugar”, according to Arjun Kapoor’s sister Anshula Kapoor. Looks like Anshula has gone on a sweet spree with her friends. She made it a point to share a snap of the mouth-watering platter on her Instagram Stories. It’s filled with chocolate mousse, ice cream with chocolate squiggles on top, a small red velvet cake, and some macarons. Anshula wrote alongside the picture, “Obviously there is no such thing as too much sugar, this pic” is a very good description of last night. We don’t know about you, but we are definitely loving Anshula’s sweet platter.

1.Panna cotta
Silky smooth and fluffy panna cotta is an Italian dessert. It’s just a basic pudding made from dairy condensed with gelatin. When preparing a healthier version, we will be replacing the sugar with jaggery, and this only enhances the flavor of the panna cotta. Here is the recipe.
2.Dark Chocolate Oats Mousse
Any moose lovers out there? This creamy chocolaty recipe is fat-free, and has the goodness of oats along with the flavor of dark chocolate. Mix oats, cocoa powder, milk, honey and voila.
3.Raspberry Macaron
This particular dessert has a distinct fan base. Macarons are basically cookies with a variety of flavorful fillings in between. Follow this recipe and prepare a bunch of gluten-free macarons at home.
