New Delhi: As an integrated digital banking platform, State Bank of India introduced YONO (You Only Need One) platform for its customers. Many financial and non-financial services are available through YONO, such as net banking, opening fixed deposits, viewing transaction history, booking flights, trains, buses and taxis, online shopping, paying medical bills, and many more.
Play Store or App Store is where you can get the Yono app for your Android or iOS phone. Any SBI user can configure YONO using his login information. However, to use the YONO SBI app, you have to connect to your account every time. For privacy reasons, SBI has delayed the login process. However, users may lose track of their username or password and be unable to log into their accounts. – Visit the official website of the public lender i.e. www.sbionline.com
Click on Personal Banking option.
– Click on Login option available in the interface.
– Select “Forget Username/Login Password” from the menu.
– Your screen will display a pop-up window.
– From the drop-down menu, select “Forgot my username”.
– Click on the Next button.
Fill the required information in the form.
Fill the captcha code.
– Select “Submit” from the menu.
Fill the OTP issued on the registered mobile number.
– Click on the “Confirm” button.
You will see your new YONO SBI username on the screen. It will also be sent via text message to your registered number.
