Former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi will appear before the Bombay High Court on Tuesday for Aryan Khan’s bail plea in the Mumbai cruise drug case.
He will physically appear in the court and argue the matter.
Rohatgi said, “I will appear in the Bombay High Court today in Aryan Khan’s bail case.”
According to a statement by Karanjawala & Co, Mukul Rohatgi along with his Karanjawala & Co team has traveled to Bombay along with senior partners Ruby Singh Ahuja and Sandeep Kapoor to join Aryan Khan’s legal team.
The team already has Amit Desai, Senior Advocate, Satish Manshinde, Senior Advocate, Anandini Fernandes, Advocate Rustam Mulla, Desai Desai Carimji and Mulla.
The Bombay High Court is about to hear the bail plea of Aryan Khan, son of popular actor Shah Rukh Khan.
The Bombay High Court said on October 21 that it would hear Aryan Khan’s bail plea on October 26, informed lawyer Satish Maneshinde. “We told the court that the matter should be heard through video conferencing, but the judge refused,” Maneshinde said.

A special court in Mumbai on Wednesday refused bail to Aryan and two others in a drug seizure case. Subsequently, Aryan Khan filed a bail petition in the Bombay High Court against the order of the NDPS court on his bail being rejected.
An NCB team busted an alleged drugs party on board the Cordelia cruise ship, which was on its way to Goa in the middle of the sea on October 2. A total of 20 people, including two Nigerian nationals, have been arrested in this case so far.
