Gangs active in 10 districts busted in Gujarat | Vadodara News – Times of India

Vadodara: One of the biggest detection in recent times, the local crime branch (LCBPanchmahal police busted a gang Madhya Pradesh (MP) Involved in dacoity, house-breaking, vehicle theft and a range of other offences.
The gang was involved in incidents in 10 districts of the state.
LCB officials got success after getting information about three persons – Apart from Mukesh, Magarsing Ajnar and Pyarsing alias Prem Singh Alwa- are coming from Dahod by Panchmahal pickup truck. Police stopped the truck and detained the suspects for questioning as gold and silver jewellery, silver utensils, a laptop, two mobile phones and cash were recovered from them. A total of more than Rs 4.61 lakh worth of valuables including the truck were seized.
It was learned that the accused were members of a gang from Kakdwa village in Kukshi taluka of Dhar district in MP. He confessed to 32 offenses of dacoity, burglary, vehicle theft and others in 10 districts Gujarat, He visited Ahmedabad City, Ahmedabad Rural, Panchmahal, Gandhinagar, Kheda, Kutch, Bharuch, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Morbi and surendranagar district
The police claimed that the total loot plundered or stolen in these crimes is more than Rs 1 crore.
The gang members used to travel to Gujarat in state transport or private buses. They used to target houses in residential areas on the outskirts of cities or villages.
The members used to steal or rob several houses at the same time and leave the area. They then used to steal motorcycles or cars from the surrounding areas as stampede vehicles. These vehicles were then deserted near the bus stop, from where they boarded buses to go back home.
