1) Lemon – 5
2) Ginger – 100 grams
3) Green chili – 10-12
4) Salt – 1 tbsp
How to prepare Ginger Chilli Pickle in a jiffy?
1) First of all take a lemon and cut it in half. Keep it aside. Now take the specified quantity of ginger and cut the ginger into juliennes (long thin strips).
2) Cut green chilies in the middle. Now take a bowl and put chillies in it. Add the ginger pieces and squeeze the lime cut earlier. Add salt and mix everything well. Now if you want, you can fill it in a clean container and keep it. However, your instant ginger chili pickle is ready to taste.

Now add about 2 tablespoons of ginger juice, the same amount of honey and then lemon juice. Mix all these very well. Take the greased plate and pour the mixture in the form of drops at some distance from each other. After it solidifies, you get drops of ginger, honey and lemon.
