GM’s CEO realized that riding in an autonomous vehicle was a surreal experience

GM CEO Mary Barra recently took her first ride in a self-driving car, which was featured in a YouTube video on Cruise’s official channel. Of course, Cruise is owned by GM and has a self-driving car service that also operates a robotaxi service in limited parts of the US. “Last week our friends in Detroit rode straight to the moon at midnight,” said the message on the video.
