Godrej Appliances, a business arm of Godrej & Boyce Mfg Company Limited, said it has come up with a slew of premium products for the upcoming festive season and is eyeing a sales growth of 50% over the previous festive season. ,

Kamal Nandi, Executive Vice President, Godrej Appliances, Godrej Appliances said, “Between the past festivals to October, we would have added over 100 new product SKUs, offering a better choice for our consumers. This new portfolio is largely focused on premium products across all categories – from side-by-side refrigerators to top end automatic washing machines, double door refrigerators and advanced air conditioners.

“These premium offerings are largely the first offerings for health, with patents applied to them – such as food disinfection technology in refrigerators, germ disinfection in washing machines or unique thermoelectric precision cooling for insulin, providing our customers with greater health and convenience. With consumer plans that will enable consumers to upgrade easily, these new offerings are expected to help us grow by over 50% this festive season,” he said.

Meanwhile, Godrej & Boyce said its SBU Godrej Electricals & Electronics (E&E) has chalked out a strategy to secure substantial projects through its MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineering) business.

Godrej E&E’s MEP business has bagged major commercial, infrastructure, data center and e-commerce projects worth over ₹600 crore which are under execution.
