A group of students have been banned from Gordon Ramsay’s pizza restaurant because they tried to secretly pack too many slices into their bags. 18-year-old Matt Waters went to a Camden restaurant with his friends. He aimed to take advantage of the Bottomless Pizza scheme, which costs £16 per person. This includes slices of margherita, pepperoni, charred aubergine, corn, and chorizo. The students attempted to secretly put the slices into a Tupperware box, which was hidden inside handbags and tote bags. As reported by Ladbill, he captured it all and uploaded a video on TikTok. Somehow, the students managed to hide over 25 slices of pizza in their bags.
Even though the group managed to escape, the staff came to know about the entire conspiracy after the news was shared online. The restaurant managed to track down the group and used Instagram to announce that they had been banned from all Gordon Ramsay restaurants.
Speaking to Ladbill, Matt explained, “We were using Tupperware to pick up pizza that was left over from bottomless pizza festivities on our plates. When the new pizza was placed on our plate, we ate half and packed half.” As broken students, we saw the bottomless deal and thought we could make the most of it.”
We all know that Gordon Ramsay is popular for his on-screen persona. Ramsay has developed an image of an “angry boss” over the years. We have seen him shed tears among those attending MasterChef. American YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as Mr. Beast, was aware of the risk by inviting Ramsay to his Colocet factory for some tasting. But he decided to move on anyway. The results were hilarious, to say the least. Donaldson uploaded a video to YouTube that shows himself with Ramsay. In the clip, the two were seen comparing Jimmy’s chocolate bar to the most expensive chocolate bar in the market. Jimmy shared the video with the caption, “Gordon Ramsay tries the most expensive chocolate bar.”
YouTuber Gordon Ramsay compared his company’s chocolate bars to expensive chocolate bars he had bought on the Internet. As Ramsay likes a small chunk of $400 worth of chocolates, Jimmy asks him which one is better. “Definitely yours”, says Ramsay. Jimmy’s face brightens only to shatter his hopes as the celebrity chef goes on to say “second place.”
