New Delhi Integrated marketing agency Gozoop has promoted its co-founder Ahmed Aftab Naqvi from the position of India CEO to the global CEO of the group.
In this new role, Naqvi, the company said, will lead operations in the Middle-East region while overseeing the India business.
Naqvi will focus on further diversifying the company’s service offerings, enabling strategic acquisitions and identifying new markets to drive the group’s international expansion.
The company’s India office currently works with brands such as Dell, Bisleri, Taj Hotels, St. Gobain’s and Tata Steel. It has clients like Mashreq UAE, Mashrek Egypt, Emirates Cricket, Oman Cricket, PureGold in its Middle East office and earlier with brands like Tim Hortons Coffee, Swarovski, Ajmal Perfumes, OYO Middle East, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Vox Cinemas, SOUQ have worked. Others, including Khaleej Times.com and Khaleej Times, the company said.
Group Chairman Rohan Bhansali said the company has built a team of good people who will shine further under Naqvi’s leadership.

Under him the company has won the mandate of brands like Asian Paints, Kolkata Knight Riders, Mahindra, Finolex and Viacom18 among others.
According to Statista, television has been the biggest valuer in India’s media and entertainment industry in FY20 685 billion. Digital media ranked second and surpassed print with more than market size 200 billion. The overall market value of the Indian media and entertainment industry that year was just shy of 1.4 trillion.
