As per the company’s press release, the tenants are established multinational companies with a good credit profile and offer long lock-in/lease periods and contracted rental growth.

“Millennials are constantly exploring new investment avenues, and given the growing uncertainties in a post-COVID-hit world, the need for diversification into alternative investments is greater than ever. By partnering with Gripp, we are driving commercial property investment to more “Millennial investors at a fraction of the high investment amount traditionally required to invest in commercial properties,” said Sudarshan Lodha, Co-Founder and CEO, Strata.

Through the CRE product offered by Gripp in partnership with Strata, investors can earn a pre-tax return of up to 11%; With the idea that the underlying land value appreciates over time. Investors need to do their due diligence before investing in this product.

“The volatility of the stock market has discouraged a significant majority of individual investors. We have seen an increase in interest and funding for non-market linked investment opportunities aka alternative assets. We decided to add CRE to our portfolio. and are extremely excited about our partnership with market leader Strata. With this offering, we look forward to democratizing commercial real estate for all and ensuring access at a low minimum investment amount,” GRIP, Nikhil Agarwal , Founder and CEO, Gripp said.

GRIP has enabled CRE investment through partnership with SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Fund (“AIF”). AIF ensures that the money to be invested in each opportunity is mobilized through a separate scheme.
