Harsh Goenka praises Mumbai seller’s dosa making skills

Remember the Udta Dosa that went viral last year? A vendor in Mumbai prepared dosa in a unique way by tossing and tossing the dosa in the air. The video of the dosa seller had gone viral and garnered appreciation from none other than Anand Mahindra, chairman of Mahindra Group. At the same time, industrialist Harsh Goenka has also praised it by sharing a video of the same flying dosa. Harsh Goenka wrote in his tweet, “You have to love what you do to give your best.” The post has garnered over 43k views and thousands of likes and comments. In the 2 minute, 20 second long video, we can see dosa seller From Dadar, 5-6 dosas are being made simultaneously. Then he takes out the dosa from the pan and toss it along with the plate to his colleague waiting on the side.

This amazing video of a street vendor from Mumbai garnered a lot of appreciation on the internet. Some said that the person who was holding the dosa deserved to be the wicketkeeper for the Indian Cricket Team. One user said, “Love how he maintains posture after throwing it on.” Others felt that throwing and flying was disrespectful to the food that should be treated as precious and a divine offering.
