The Kerala High Court on Tuesday refused bail to the main accused in the 2017 actress attack case, in which actor Dileep is also an accused.

Justice PV Kunhikrishnan while refusing to grant relief to Sunil NS, also known as ‘Pulsar Suni’, said, “It is not a fit case in which the petitioner can be released on bail at this stage”. .

Under the circumstances, I feel that the petitioner is not entitled to bail pending the hearing. Therefore, this bail application is dismissed,” the judge said.
