Soya Sabzi Recipe: Here’s How To Make Soya Sabzi
First, wash and soak soybeans to make them soft. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and garlic. After it turns golden brown, add chopped onion and fry. Now add chopped tomatoes to this mixture and cook till the tomato pieces become soft. Add green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt, then fry the soya, and stir for two minutes. Add two cups of water and let it boil for 10 minutes. Keep it on low flame and keep stirring in between till the water is almost gone. Garnish it with coriander leaves before serving!
