Several internet users reacted to the tweet. While some agreed with Mr Mahindra, others said that handwriting is a result of work pressure.

A user said, “Yes because we have to write so many prescriptions in 7 hours with more than 100 OPDs… today we dictate and print in urban India… in near future.”

Another said, “Sorry, sir, we don’t find it funny. This change, every doctor fears, results in the pressure of work and responsibility at each stage with new gen pen-pushers in mountains of paperwork on their own.” Physicians add distress to the justification of pay and survival.”

A third wrote, “Yes it is true.. every doctor writes but we don’t understand.” “Weirdly the medical shops can understand his handwriting,” commented the fourth.
