Brace Game of Thrones fans, HBO recently released a new teaser trailer for the spin-off series, House of the Dragon. He also announced that the show will release on August 21, 2022. The Game of Thrones prequel series was announced nearly two years ago. It is based on George RR Martin’s history of Fire and Blood and the Targaryen family. It dates back two centuries to the novels A Song of Ice and Fire, which inspired the very popular series, Game of Thrones. The new teaser promises the House of Targaryen to keep their hold on Vesreros. But, not without some twists.

House Of The Dragon New Teaser Out!

The new teaser for House of the Dragon features Matt Smith, Emma D’Arcy and Paddy Considine in pivotal roles as members of the Targaryen dynasty. They indicate internal conflicts in the house of the Targaryens over the heir to the Iron Throne. Meanwhile, Princess Renera (Eve Best) is declared the heir to King Viserys (Paddy Considine). However, she goes through a lot of betrayal and blood). The rivalry eventually leads to the Targaryen Civil War, known as the Dance of the Dragons.

“We play an ugly game,” Hand of the King – Otto Hightower (Rice Ifans) says in the teaser. Prince Damon Targaryen (Matt Smith) said, “History doesn’t remember blood, it remembers names.” The teaser also gives a glimpse of the locations of the Game of Thrones series, which will make you feel lost in nostalgia.
