Start by kneading the dough. For this take a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, oil, butter and carom seeds. Mix everything well and knead soft dough. Once done, cover it with a wet muslin cloth and keep it aside.

Now take out a little part from the dough and start rolling it with the help of a rolling pin. Keep rolling it until the portion becomes very thin. Once done, spread the butter all over. Sprinkle flour on it.
