- To begin with the recipe, heat oil (preferably coconut oil) in a pan. Add cumin, mustard seeds and let them splutter. Once done, add chopped onion and wait till it turns slightly brown.
- Now add 5-6 green chilies (slits) and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder as per taste and mix again.
- Break 2-3 eggs into the mixture and mix everything well. Wait until the eggs are cooked.
- Add red chili powder, black pepper powder and garam masala as per taste.
- Mix everything properly. Sprinkle some curry leaves and coriander leaves on top.
